PLC Programmer (m/f/d)
 

Your tasks:

  • Creation and commissioning of PLC and safety programs for our special machines primarily under
    • Siemens S7 classic and TIA-Portal
      or
    • Rockwell Guard and Control-Logix
  • Cooperation with database interfaces and visualization systems
  • Commissioning and acceptance of systems and modernizations at our customers' sites
  • Carrying out training courses at the customer's premises in English

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. automation technology, electrical engineering) or completed technical apprenticeship with appropriate further qualification
  • Readiness to travel for commissioning worldwide
  • You are able to work in a team, showing a great level of independence, resilience and initiative
  • You are enthusiastic about technology and show a high willingness to learn / and a willingness for further personal development
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Good programming skills;  understanding networked systems is of advantage.

Your tasks:

  • Installing, maintaining and configuring computer hardware, systems and networks
  • Carrying out regular operations to back up data
  • Performing diagnostics to identify, record and troubleshoot hardware and software errors
  • Ensuring the security of company information by implementing security measures
  • Creating simple IT policies and manuals to ensure compliance with best practice

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration

Electrical Designer (m/f/d)
 

Your tasks:

  • Electrical planning of special systems in compliance with specified standards, regulations and customer specifications using the CAE software E-Plan P8
  • Creating circuit diagrams and documentation
  • Planning adaptations and retrofits to existing systems and implementing them on the circuit diagram side
  • Carrying out specialist technical calculations with characteristic values (e.g. power distribution, cable cross-section, material design, climate calculation)
  • Creating parts lists and including them into the ERP system (ProAlpha)
  • Providing technical support to internal departments such as sales, service and purchasing.



Your profile:

  • Electrical Engineer or Industrial Foreman - specializing in electrical engineering or completed technical training with appropriate further qualification
  • Knowledge of circuit technology, safety technology, machine guidelines etc. is of advantage (e.g. DIN EN ISO 13849).
  • A good knowledge of English
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively

Master / Technician Electrical Engineering for Quality Assurance (m/f/d)
 

Your tasks:

  • Creating test plans and carrying out final inspections of the electrical equipment of machines
  • Carrying out final inspections based on order specifications
  • Creating test plans and carrying out the validation of the functional safety of machines
  • Verification, validation and documentation of safety-related parts of control systems
  • Checking the safety of products in compliance with legal regulations (safety con cepts, circuit diagram, software, etc.)
  • Performing and documenting functionality tests, inspections and measurements
  • Tracking of defects

 

Your profile:

  • Master Craftsman orTechnician in the electrical field or Qualified Electrician with a  readiness to undergo further training
  • Profound experience in mechanical and plant engineering (preferable)
  • Knowledge of electrical and functional safety standards (preferable)
  • Good technical understanding
  • A good command of English in writing and in speaking
  • Confident usage of Microsoft Office programs
  • Good IT skills (user programs, PLC programming, etc.)
  • Good cooperation and communication skills
