KE FISCHER pin type extruder generation SE90 / SE120
This recently developed KE FISCHER extruder with its specially designed control concept was specifically designed for its integration into cutting lines.
The extruder guarantees high functionality, effectiveness and operator convenience. The in-house development process focused on, ensuring that special applications for the production of rubber strips can now be implemented online on a cutting line.
This process offers the customer a very economical and efficient solution by creating upstream work processes that offers an environmentally friendly solution where single-use separating materials are no longer required.

Extruder – cooling device – tension free festoon system – slitting device – quality control system. The entire system can also be retrofitted to existing cutting lines.
