The offline station gives operators the option to perform special or additonal operations that are normally integrated into a cutting line on a separate station. This allows customers the flexibility to add special production functions during the manufacturing process.
Technical Requirements
The offline station can be equipped with any of the following:
- slitting station
- gum wedge or edge station
- steel or textile cord rework station
- liner rewinding station
- liner repair station
